My Students
I’d like to share with you the achievements and activities of my current and past students. A few of my students have preformed on Broadway in productions including “Les Mis” and “A Dancers Life. I’ve had the privilege of teaching several students who were accepted to top music colleges (Fredonia, LIU Post and University of Rhode Island) and Performing Arts High schools (LaGuardia High School a.ka. the “Fame” school and The long Island high school for the Arts). Some received talent based scholarships to attend summer music programs like USDAN. Recently, a student was a semi-finalist on the “X-factor”. My students are frequently soloist or accompanists at schools, churches, youth orchestras and all-county festivals. NYSSMA has always been an important part of my student’s musical studies. Receiving high scores and great comments is not unexpected. On the flip side some of my student’s goals are to sing/play with a band, record an album or just to have fun!
Piano Lessons
Students who study piano with me will get the highest quality musical education. They will learn how to read notes and rhythms. They will learn proper piano playing techniques. This solid background will let them play any style of music (Classical, Jazz ,Pop...etc.). They will have the skills to enjoy and express themselves through music!
Singing Lessons
If you want to sing, I can help you. We will work on breathing, diction, phrasing, stage presence: which will add up to make you the best singer you can be! All my techniques of healthy singing can be applied to many styles of singing. I have studied with the best teachers in NY and have performed as a professional singer for many years so you can be assured you are in the best hands.
